Archival documents indicate that in 1969 by the Ministry of construction and exploitation of Ukrainian highways Bar Automobile and Road – Building Technical School was founded. The year before, in Bar branch of Zhytomyr Automobile and Road – Building technical school for the first and only one speciality “Service, repair of motor vehicles and engines”, sixty students were adopted. Shortly to the first speciality the second was added – “Construction, exploitation and repair of highways and airports”. Since 1971 our technical school acquired features of specialized secondary educational institution of the regional level.
